Under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and organized by the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Cultural Foundation, preparations are underway for the “Third World Forum for the Culture of Just Peace” in the Arab Republic of Egypt in January 2024. The forum will be attended by a select group of heads of state, government leaders, parliamentary presidents, ministers, as well as the active participation of numerous politicians, intellectuals, thinkers, and media figures from various countries worldwide.

The forum is expected to feature high-level dialogues among world leaders and academic discussions led by experts in the field, focusing on the main theme of the forum regarding “Development and Just Peace”. This will be facilitated through various initiatives developed by the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Cultural Foundation in collaboration with specialists in the field. This initiative had previously been presented by the Foundation to the United Nations General Assembly and received its approval.

It's worth mentioning that the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Cultural Foundation previously organized the “First World Forum for the Culture of Peace” at the International Court of Justice in The Hague in June 2019, focusing on the topic of “Peace Education for the Security of Cultural Heritage”. Furthermore, the “Second World Forum for the Culture of Just Peace” was held in the capital of Malta, Valletta, in March 2022, under the patronage of Dr. George Vella, the President of Malta, addressing the theme of “Leadership for Just Peace”.

Both forums witnessed distinguished attendance by heads of state and leaders from various countries worldwide, as well as active participation from cultural and political elites.
