Obtained his Bachelor's degree in History, Mohammed V University, Rabat, in 1984.

Obtained his Ph.D. in Contemporary Latin American History, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain, in 1990.


Professional and Academic Experience:

Professor of Contemporary Spanish and Latin American History at Mohammed V University.

Professor of Andalusian History and Civilization at Mohammed V University.

Director of the Center for Andalusian Studies and Dialogue of Civilizations in Rabat.

Director of the “Andalusian Notebooks” series, published by the Center for Andalusian Studies and Dialogue of Civilizations.

Director of the Digital Magazine of “Andalusia”, published by the Center for Andalusian Studies and Dialogue of Civilizations.

Supervisor of publications at the Center for Andalusian Studies and Dialogue of Civilizations.

He has published thirteen books, including:

"The Argentine Arabs" (in Arabic and Spanish).

"Migration to Death: Spain and the Events of El-Ejido."

"The Arabs and the African Sphere" (collective work).

"The Arabs in Latin America."

He has also written numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and the press on various issues. 

He has delivered lectures at several international universities, supervised various research projects, and organized numerous international seminars and cultural forums.
