Dr. Ali Al-Baz
He was born in 1941 in the city of El-Sarw, Damietta Governorate, Egypt.
He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ain Shams University in Cairo in 1961.
Bachelor's degree in Police Sciences in 1961.
Diploma in Public Law from Cairo University in 1972.
Master's degree in Public Law from Cairo University in 1973.
Ph.D. in Law from Alexandria University in 1978.
*He worked as a police officer in Port Said, Cairo, and Alexandria, gradually rising to the rank of Police Major General in 1986.
After obtaining his Ph.D., he worked as a professor of law at the Police Academy in Cairo, and later he was assigned to work as a professor of public law at the Police Academy in Kuwait since 1982.
