On the solemn thirteenth anniversary of the passing of the late Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may Allah have mercy on him, we fondly remember his significant place in the hearts of the Kuwaiti people and his esteemed position in the international community. We pray to the Almighty to grant him a place in the highest ranks of His paradise.
