Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Cultural Foundation announced the winners of its poetry prize, held in collaboration with Sawt Al-Arab radio station in Cairo, in its fourth season.

The Chairman of the Foundation, Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain, stated in a press release that the winners are as follows: Latifa Hassani from Algeria, who won the first place for her poem "A Different Melody for Water," Luay Ahmad Abdullah from Jordan, who secured the second place with his poem "The Dewy Sidra Tree," and Mohamed Arij from Morocco, who came in third for his poem "A Break in My Father's Biography." The collaboration with the esteemed Sawt Al-Arab radio station continues to open new avenues for poets to reach out to listeners. As the radio station focuses on classical Arabic language and shares similar objectives with the Foundation in supporting the Arabic language, it offers an opportunity to enhance the status of the Arabic language, given that poetry is one of its most significant sources.

It is worth mentioning that the first-place winner will receive a monetary prize of six thousand US dollars, while the second-place winner will be awarded a prize of three thousand US dollars. The third-place winner will receive one thousand five hundred US dollars, and the fourth-place winner will be granted seven hundred and fifty US dollars.
