All participants extensively spoke about the poetic encyclopaedias "Manajim Albabtain" (Mines of Albabtain), as the late Abdulaziz Albabtain preferred to call them. These encyclopaedias, which meticulously documented the majority of poets and their poems throughout different eras, were arranged according to an alphabetical order.

In the end, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the son and grandson of the deceased, as well as to the speakers.
