Your Excellency, President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Vjosa Osmani,

Distinguished Secretaries-General and Directors-General of International Organizations, Representatives of Educational Institutions, and Civil Society Organizations,
Honorable Ministers,
Ladies and Gentlemen, Ambassadors,
Ladies and Gentlemen, Esteemed Participants,
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
It is incumbent upon me to extend my utmost gratitude and appreciation to all of you for the success of the events of this Second World Forum on the Culture of Just Peace. This shared success is the result of our collective sincerity and our collective will to cooperate constructively in order to achieve our noble goal. It is also important to express our thanks and appreciation to the team of the Presidency of the Republic of Malta, led by His Excellency President George Vella, and to our own team at our Foundation, as well as everyone who contributed in one way or another to the organization of the Forum and worked towards its success.
I have attentively and with great pleasure followed all the interventions of world leaders and representatives of international organizations, parliaments, and civil society. All of these contributions are of utmost importance in terms of analysis, future vision, positive suggestions, and from them, I have drawn three major conclusions:
• Firstly, just peace is the collective right of all humanity, in fact, it's the encompassing right that includes all human rights. Anyone seeking to understand this all-encompassing right, which is just peace, must understand its essence, which is justice.
• Secondly, preparing and empowering young and future generations to become leaders of just peace is a pressing historical and humanitarian need that we must embark upon immediately without delay. Every delay in this regard carries significant consequences for the future of humanity.
• Thirdly, our efforts to achieve this are inherently collaborative and interactive, involving various governmental, international, and civil institutions. We are aligned in this collective endeavor, and therefore, there must be a mechanism for joint action in coordination, training, and preparation of leaders. This mechanism is the "Global Platform for Just Peace," which we must work to establish technologically in every country.
In conclusion, I reaffirm my commitment through my Foundation to establish this Global Platform for Just Peace and to work alongside you to make it inclusive for the majority of the world's countries and their peoples. I will continue to invest in the culture of just peace.
Thank you, Your Excellency President George Vella, and thank you all, our esteemed attendees, for your attentive listening.
May God grant us success.
Peace be upon you, and may God's mercy and blessings be upon you.
