As part of the preparations for organizing the Second World Forum for the Culture of Peace in Malta, Mr. Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain, the Chairman of the Foundation, had a phone call with His Excellency the President of Malta, Dr. George Vella, during a working meeting with the presidential team. Dr. Touhami Abdouli attended on behalf of the Foundation's Chairman. His Excellency the President renewed his determination to hold the Forum this year at the beginning of November 2021, which was originally planned for the previous year but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He commended the role of the Foundation in promoting a culture of peace and mentioned the mutual desire between him and the Chairman of the Foundation to establish a peace chair in Malta.

On the occasion of his second anniversary as the President of Malta, Dr. George Vella affirmed in a press conference that the Second World Forum for the Culture of Peace is a significant international event. He mentioned that a number of heads of state, as well as international actors and leaders in international organizations, will be invited to participate in this event.

In return, Mr. Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain expressed his gratitude to His Excellency the President of Malta for his trust in him and in the Foundation. He emphasized his commitment to ensuring the success of this event in a manner that reflects positively on both Kuwait and Malta, making it exceptional in terms of quality and quantity. He expressed confidence that the message of the Foundation, which advocates for the dissemination of a culture of peace, is a noble message aimed at serving humanity. He also reiterated his dedication to enhancing the cultural relations between Malta, Kuwait, and the Arab world, based on their shared historical cultural heritage.
