The National Council for Culture, Arts, and Literature has announced the selection of Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain as the "Distinguished Personality of the 26th Qurain Cultural Festival". This recognition is attributed to Albabtain's cultural contributions that have positively impacted both Kuwait and beyond its borders. The Council mentioned that the honor ceremony will take place at 7:30 PM on Saturday, January 11, 2020, at the theatre of the Kuwait National Library.

Mr. Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain, the Chairman of the Foundation, expressed his profound pride in this initiative, which reflects the cultural awareness of Kuwait and acknowledges the role played by individuals and cultural institutions in promoting cultural activities.
