The President of the United Nations General Assembly, Miroslav Lajčák, has invited the Chairman of the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Cultural Foundation to attend a session on peace. During this session, Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain will deliver a speech on the occasion of the Foundation's preparation of seventeen peace-related curricula.
Lajčák stated in his invitation to Albabtain: "Your continuous efforts in promoting a culture of peace are widely acknowledged worldwide."
The session will take place at the United Nations General Assembly headquarters in New York on the upcoming Wednesday (5th of September).
The Foundation is laying the groundwork for a World Peace Forum scheduled for the following year at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands, under the title "Culture of Peace for the Security of Future Generations." During this Forum, the Foundation will present the curricula related to peace, prepared by experts from various parts of the world, to be globally studied at different educational levels.
