The poetry collection "أغنيات الفيافي" (Intimations of the Desert) by poet Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain is the subject of a master's thesis at Damanhur University.

A master's thesis discussion is scheduled to take place at the Faculty of Arts in Damanhur University in Egypt. The thesis is centered around the poetry collection "أغنيات الفيافي" (Songs of the Deserts) by the poet Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain. The event is set for 2:00 PM on Monday, June 10, 2019.
The thesis, titled "Elements of Artistic Creativity in the Poetry Collection 'أغنيات الفيافي' by Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain," will be presented by the student Amal Fares Ibrahim Al-Rumaisi as part of her pursuit of a Master's degree in Literature from the Department of Arabic Language and Literature.
The examination and discussion committee consists of:
- Dr. Muhammad Moustafa Abu Shawarib, Professor of Literature and Criticism, and Head of the Arabic Language Department at the Faculty of Education, Alexandria University, serving as the supervisor and chair of the thesis.
- Dr. Muhammad Abdelhamid Khalifa, Professor of Literature and Criticism, and Head of the Arabic Language Department at the Faculty of Education, Damanhur University.
- Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Belboula, Professor of Arabic Literature, and Head of the Literary Studies Department at Dar Al-Uloom College, Cairo University.
- Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Abu Ali, Assistant Professor of Criticism and Rhetoric at the Faculty of Arts, Damanhur University.
The public discussion will take place in the conference and seminar hall of the college.
It is noteworthy that the poetry collection "Songs of the Desert" was published in 2017. It is the third collection by the poet Albabtain, following "بوح البوادي" (Intimations of the Deserts) and "مسافر في القفار" (The Wastefarer).
