Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the College of Arts, Kuwait University, in 2000.

Received a Diploma in Media Studies from the University of Colorado, USA, in 2001.

Served as Deputy Secretary-General of Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Prize for Poetic Creativity, responsible for administrative and financial affairs from 2001 to 2013.

Served as Secretary-General of the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Prize for Poetic Creativity from July 9, 2013, to the present.

He has participated in numerous cultural conferences related to the poetic movement and dialogue of civilizations in many countries around the world since 2001 until the present.

He has served as a member of the high-level committees organizing all activities of the Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Cultural Foundation for Poetic Creativity and has chaired the executive committees for these activities. Among the notable ones are the Ali bin Al-Muqarrab Al-Ayyuni Session in Manama in 2002, the Ibn Zaydoun Session in Cordoba in 2004, the First Kuwait Forum for Arabic Poetry in Iraq in Kuwait in 2005, the Shawqi-Lamartine Session in collaboration with UNESCO in Paris in 2006, “Albabtain Encyclopedia of the 19th and 20th Century Arab Poets” Session in Kuwait in 2008, the Khalil Mutran and Muhammad Ali - Mak Dizdar Session in collaboration with the University of Sarajevo in 2010, and the Poetry and Dialogue of Civilizations Forum in Dubai in 2011. 

In addition, he has supervised the organization of the “Spring of Poetry Festival” seasons, which is held annually by the Foundation at the Albabtain Central Library for Arabic Poetry since 2008 until the present.
