Dr. Muhammad Movako
Born in Damascus to a Bosnian immigrant family.
Graduated from the University of Damascus - Department of Arabic Language and Literature.
Obtained a Master's degree in History and a PhD in Comparative Literature from the University of Kosovo.
Worked in the Oriental Studies Department at the University of Kosovo.

“A Sea in the Desert - Study and Selections of Modern Arabic Poetry in Kuwait”, 1982. It was reprinted on the occasion of the twelfth session of Abdulaziz Saud Albabtain Prize for Poetic Creativity under the title "Contemporary Arabic Poetry in Kuwait." It was translated into Arabic in collaboration with Dr. Asad Durakovich. On the same occasion, an introduction was added to the book "The Noble Essence in the Biographies of Bosnian Scholars" by Muhammad al-Khanji.

Has translated prose and poetry from Arabic to Albanian for around a hundred Arab poets and writers, as well as several translations into Serbo-Croatian.
