Dr. Kamal Al-Sadiq Omran
Born in Tunisia in the year 1951.
Obtained a PhD in 1994 for a thesis entitled "Human Being and its Destiny in Modern Arab-Islamic Thought."
Worked as a professor in Tunisian institutes and universities.
Served as an advisor to the Minister of Higher Education in Tunisia, Director of the Higher Institute of Documentation, Director General of Radio Channels in Tunisia, and Director General of Zitouna Radio for the Holy Quran.
Held membership in several scientific councils, including the High Islamic Council, the High Council for Culture, the Economic and Social Council in Tunisia, and the Executive Board of UNESCO.

Honored on the occasion of his election to the Executive Board of UNESCO
