Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.energage.com\">Energage<\/a>, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. FCP was also named a Washington Post Top Workplace in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow in its eighth year, The Post\u2019s Top Workplaces list continues to highlight the companies in the Washington-area that are leaders in company satisfaction and engagement,\u201d said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Dion Haynes. \u201cThroughout the past 15 months, these companies have had to make quick decisions in order to keep their employees safe while also balancing productivity and efficiency, and their employees have taken note of this great work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt FCP, we are thankful for and proud of all of our team members who demonstrated resilience in 2020,\u201d said Summer Haltli, FCP Senior Vice President for Strategic Management and Sustainability. \u201cOur team quickly adapted to serve our residents, tenants and the broader community through on-the-ground support, corporate and personal donations.
