The portfolio sale includes the following apartment communities acquired through FCP\u2019s Funds I and II:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cypress Creek in Hyattsville, MD \u2013 760 units<\/li>\n<li>Penn Landing in Forestville, MD \u2013 598 units<\/li>\n<li>Cambridge Apartments at New Carrollton Station in New Carrollton, MD \u2013 466 units<\/li>\n<li>Summerlyn Place in Laurel, MD \u2013 424 units<\/li>\n<li>Toledo Plaza in Hyattsville, MD \u2013 242 units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cFCP takes great pride in the improvements we have made to each of these properties,\u201d said FCP Senior Vice President, Jason Bonderenko. \u201cWe have completed our business plan for these communities and continue to seek new multifamily investments in the region.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>FCP extends its appreciation to CB Richard Ellis for handling the marketing and sale of the portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Federal Capital Partners<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Federal Capital Partners (FCP) is a privately held real estate investment company that has invested in or financed more than $5.0 billion in assets since its founding in 1999.
