FCP\u00ae<\/sub><\/strong> has been named one of The Washington Post\u2019s 2020 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area<\/strong>. Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage<\/a>, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow in its seventh year, The Post\u2019s Top Workplaces list continues to highlight the companies that are leaders in the Washington-area in terms of employee engagement and satisfaction,\u201d said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Dion Haynes<\/strong>. \u201cWe had a record number of employees participate in the survey this year, making it clear that these organizations have made cultivating an atmosphere of support and respect a priority.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are proud to have been named a Washington Post Top Workplace for 2020,\u201d said Summer Haltli<\/strong>, Senior Vice President for Strategic Management and Sustainability. \u201cOur collaborative and high-performing culture is our greatest strength. We implement deliberate actions to attract and retain our amazing team members including leadership training, diversity initiatives, flexible work arrangements, and an opportunity for all to review and opine on every FCP investment.\u201d<\/p>\n

The full list along with additional content will run in print in a special Top Workplaces magazine on October 14, 2020 and will be available on The Post\u2019s site. The Washington Post will also host an awards ceremony in October to recognize the 200 top-ranked companies.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
