Will Metzfield<\/p><\/div>\n

Will Metzfield<\/a> is responsible for underwriting and closing FCP\u2019s commercial investments and developments throughout the Southeast, as well as providing support in managing FCP\u2019s existing commercial portfolio. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Metzfield worked as a Relationship Manager in Wells Fargo\u2019s Commercial Real Estate Group, where he was involved with the underwriting, structuring, and origination of construction, bridge, and permanent debt capital. Mr. Metzfield received his BBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin \u2013 Madison.<\/p>\n

Emily Rivers<\/p><\/div>\n

Emily Rivers<\/a> is a member of the Structured Investments team and is focused on providing analytical support for new structured investment opportunities across the company\u2019s multifamily and commercial platforms. Prior to FCP, Ms. Rivers was a Senior Associate in the Global Capital Advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield where she was responsible for sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions on behalf of international investors. Ms. Rivers graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a double major in Economics and Labor and Employment Relations.<\/p>\n
