Mr.\u00a0Helvey\u00a0provides additional support in the underwriting of residential acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to FCP, Mr.\u00a0Helvey\u00a0worked on the Finance team at Johnson Development Associates, a privately held developer of multifamily, industrial and self-storage assets.
